Epic ECO SKY Speed, the first Slovene panelling system made from glass fibres and composite materials, represents a revolutionary novelty in the field of panelling in the world.

The EPIC ECO SPEED composite formwork measuring a length of 1.40 m represents the fundamental basis of the revolutionary new system. It can be mounted and extended as desired. It replaces all previously used support systems such as wooden brackets, aluminium brackets, steel brackets, beams, etc.EPIC ECO SPEED weights only 7.5 kg and is thus extremely light in comparison with all other supporting systems for the preparation of ceiling surfaces.

EPIC ECO SKY SPEED simplifies and improves the placement of formworks for ceiling tiles.At the same time with the hire of the EPIC ECO SKY SPEED system costs for formwork for ceiling tiles will be decreased by at least 30 %.

EPIC ECO SKY SPEED has the following characteristics:

• very light
• all thicknesses of ceiling tiles can be supported with this system including ceiling tiles up to 40 cm in thickness
• simple assembly
• only one worker is needed due to the lightweight and simplicity of the ceiling formwork; average assembly time is 5 minutes per m2 - the same applies for disassembly
• due to its length of 140 cm and technologies, the system can be either set up vertically or horizontally
• the system allows for the universal use of all existing ceiling formworks for wooden connected or formwork tiles, aluminium cassette systems, etc. can be placed onto it.
• 30 % lower costs for formwork
• forks are not required when using the EPIC ECO SPEED composite formwork for SPEED is directly hung onto the support structure and thus there are no costs for brackets and forks for affixing brackets and angle head
• for installation of EPIC SPEED 140 SKY ECO, the support structure, the EPIC ECO SPEED composite formwork and composite element EPIC ECO are required.
• the system allows for rapid work, quicker than cassette aluminium systems (EPIC Alfort). With the purchase of one extension (25 % greater number of ceiling elements and supports) we can install the easy support based on a three day formwork in advance leaving only the framework with 30 cm wide elements and line of support (similar to EPIC ALFORT)
• elements are packed onto palettes and thus easy to handle. None of the composite elements weighs more than 17.6 kg.
• The set up of EPIC SPEED 140 is described in the drawing. EPIC SPEED 140 can be set up in various ways depending on heavier or lighter loads.

With EPIC SPEED 140, work is simplified while the system is packed onto palettes weighing only 7.5 kg.
